What a stupid comment! First of all this isn’t my thread so I’m not going to hijack it and what does what I’m doing have anything to do with this thread? I don’t have stomach issues so I’m not fasting but I believe fasting is amazing at repairing gut health and a lot of other health issues we see today in this country.

Sorry just been constant negativity and shit talking on all my post lately on other forums bc I was actually honest about what I’m using so I just assumed you were another one. My bad bro nothing personal.

I do not currently fast but I do coach people and love fasting for pure weight loss, gut health and fixing countless other health issues. Now with new peptides and research chems it makes fasting a lot easier as well as just everyday life when super lean.

I’m going to preface this with I do not recommend this to clients this is purely what I’m currently doing. Yes I know it is a lot of different things but I don’t diet down often and I wanted to see what all the hype was about and let’s just say it’s real! I’ve never felt better while being this lean. I refuse to recommend anything to clients that I have not personally tried and know the ins and outs of what to expect and what to look for. These are not all for fat burning and I try to limit exposure to clen, ephedrine, t3/t4, dnp, tren, etc so my goal was to find something that worked as good if not better without the cardiac stress.

I’m just dieting for vacation but treating it similar to a prep to see what we can use for masters nats next yr in July.

350mcg 2xday Slu-pp-332 (exercise memetic)
3.33mg E3D Mot-c subq (mitochondrial function)
250mcg tesofensine AM (triple monoamine reuptake inhibitor and increase brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF))
50mg 2xday 5-amino-1mq (metabolism / energy)
5mg 2xday Yohimbine (simulates alpha 2)
300mg Injectable L-carn (fat lipid transporter)
1mg E3D Retatrutide (glp1)

Yeah I do everything in 1 slin pin.

0.1 10mg tren A
0.3 60mg primo 200
0.3 60mg mast e 200
0.4 100mg sus 250

Win water based so it’s a second pin.

A little pip from the win but I’m only doing 1/2ml of 50mg/ml win. Haven’t used inj win since 2016 bc of the pain but it by far gives me the most benefit with minimal total anabolic load vs orals where I typically start around 50mg a day.

Yeah it’s a lot. I look forward to a cruise and health phase. I do 2 aas, 3 gh, 1 l-carn, 1 nac, each daily. Motc 3xweek, Reta 3xweek.
