how to cycle anavar

I'm planning on competing in a few months from now. how long should i cycle off and then cycle on before the competition ? I am 5'2" and 115 pounds going for bikini. i've been going crazy with lifting and tightening up diet getting lean as possible. i'm currently on a var stack and then planning on cycling off.
 
I would go with 12-16 weeks of anavar, towards 16, i wouldn't cycle off before the competition, keep going.
 
i never recommend running any oral longer than 6 weeks... you are asking for trouble doing that... sarms would be a much safer option as well and you could run it longer and eliminate all the steroid related concerns

Just pick a comp that has plenty of time in between
