I’m looking for the best advice when it comes to building up a stronger chest. I’m only 21 years old and I would like to grow my chest and make it more wide. I have a very bird chest in my upper body is very tiny.
Do you think I should start going super heavy 2 or 3 repetitions or should I go more High repetition 10 to 15 repetitions?
