how to run equipoise 500mgs with testosterone ?

I’m seeking advice on running equipoise with testosterone. I already decided to do 500 mg of equipoise, but my question is for someone who wants to bulk up How much testosterone would you recommend to do with it? I can either go with 200 mg of testosterone or go 500 mg of testosterone. I’m 5’10” and 180 lbs.
