How to use GW and SR to lose weight

Newbie
I'm looking to get the best results possible from GW501516 and SR9009 to lose weight. I was thinking about using the GW 10mg twice a day and then the SR 5mg 3 times a day and I would do that for about 12 weeks. I'll also combine that with a ton of cardio. Would this help me?
