for someone who is new to this there isn’t much help out there
seems all the advise is only for experienced
I’m only 22 years old. I want to bulk up. Would I run it 100mgs a day?

RAD140 you don't have to be experienced to use man

you want to not run 100mgs a day at all. 10mgs is a standard dose.

the key is use sarms.forsale or umbrella

what do you mean there isnt much help out there... theres literally THOUSANDS of rad videos on youtube and even more thousands of articles all over the internet.. thats not to say they are all accurate but all this tells me is you havent searched at all... literally rad is the most popular sarm out there and i even had to make a video on how popular it has quickly become... so clearly you are rather lazy and not even trying and for me personally, i find that to be ridiculous and have no desire to help people like that

25mgs rad140 per day is fine with 20mg gw

So much info out there on this compound man. Just run 20mg per day of legit RAD and you are good to go. Keep the cycle to 12 weeks max and run a mini PCT. Make sure you check out sarms.forsale and Umbrella Labs so you know you didn't get prohormones instead.
