back in the day I used to do a lot of powerlifting but I went away from it due to injuries and life getting in the way.
Now I’m getting back into it and I’m working out at a meathead gym that has a deadlift platform.
I’m hoping you could give me some advice on ways I can boost my deadlift because right now it’s not looking so good. I have a tough time even with two plates so I’m very weak and I’m not improving even though I’ve been at it now for a couple months
