nothing... you are in pretty bad shape and have zero business with that high of body fat to be even considering steroids.. you have a lot of work to do with your diet and training to get into the proper condition.. you can consider a sarms/peptides cutting stack to help accelerate this but you have quite a bit of work to do first...
You are going to need to cut down a lot more before you should use steroids. I see a lot of people make this kind of mistake time and time again and I can tell you that they often times regret not doing things in the healthy and safer manner. You should really focus on your diet as well as your training regiment to get yourself going in the proper direction.
