Breakfast today was 4 soft boiled eggs, 2 greek yogurts and a 50gr shake

(5min light pace, 5 min med/high)

Warm up Seated Cable Press
3x 10,12,15

Incline Hammer Strength
1x 225lbs (15)
3x 295lbs (15,12,12)
2x 345lbs (10,8)

Hammer Strength Flat Bench
2x 285lbs (15,12)
3x 335lbs (12,9,7)
1x 355lbs (6)

Seated Fly Machine
2x 140lbs (15,15)
1x drop-set burnout

@jj210tx get a sauce pan, warm up water to very hot BUT not boiling
put a needle (just needle) in top of the vial
put the vial (half way covered with water) into the pan and warm it for about 5min
take out SHAKE
and warm again
keep warming until clear

crashing happens its normal bro

Yeah it doesn't really seem to be messing with me and I barely even went down. I just needed to be aware of it or maybe adjust to it? Only 1 more week of it though, is it ok to add Proviron right now even though I'm already taking an oral? Anavar... I'm really just wanting it for the libido that I know is going to fade after the Tren...
