Got in a rush shoulders session this afternoon, I felt like I did something to my shoulder on my last chest day though so I kept the weight lighter and just went for higher reps, felt tightness but no pain, kept it short. Think I did 10-12 sets total with db's, front/lat raises then like 5 sets Seated Hammer Press and called it.
My test is obviously really high, fresh acne popping up that i haven't had in a while and feeling fkn amazing, unless it's all from just adding the Proviron...

if you feel it, cut training it for 1 week and do legs more and cardio

No I haven't, they help with that? It's getting pretty bad. I know my t is super high but I feel like it's more from the proviron... proviron is a dht right? I feel like this is a dumb question but I probably shouldn't take a dht blocker while taking a dht compound, correct?

well different receptors for different DHT and DHN in the system bro so depends on what you hit

Okay so here's the dht blocker I was talking about yesterday. If I take this while taking a dht derivative such as Proviron am I going to be just canceling the Proviron out or worse? And the reason I'm considering taking it is because I'm dealing with some serious acne every since I started the Prov....

I was recording this set and had my earbuds in and the silence I literally just audibly heard/ felt my shoulder TEAR!
It's bad. It was 15 minutes ago and I just tried to pick up my small gym bag with that arm and almost screamed at the pain and when I say have a have a high tolerance for pain it's an extreme understatement.... thankfully I just got bpc157 and tb500 so obviously I'm starting that but what is the best treatment for right now???

i would go see a sports doctor and get an MRI to see how much damage and go from there

i tore my shoulder about 10 or 11 years ago. i hate to give you the bad news but you may never lift heavy again unless you are okay risking a full tear
