you can do both actually 100mgs npp and 100mgs deca/week mix and you get 2 good esters of nandrolone @jj210tx think of it as mixing test prop with test enan

I honestly haven't been doing anything except some light cardio here and there, anytime I try to do anything else I manage to aggravate my shoulder. Just got mri weds so I go for follow up this coming week.

Guys I CANNOT get rid of this acne that is pretty much covering me! Popped up the last month or so of my cycle, I figured it was the proviron and possibly that my test was around 2000 but I stopped the pro over a month ago and cut my test dose in half about the same time and this shit is not getting any better! It may actually be getting worse... I've never had acne till this. I scrub with acne wash, charcoal soap, nothing helps.... anyone have any advice?

but you know many diet issues are related to acne like 80%

yes, assuming you are honest and open with them. they can atleast give you some stuff to control it.

even with a bad shoulder you can still do it

it's a bit of a reach but maybe it's the oils causing to acne
maybe try a different brand and see if that helps
