it's a bit of a reach but maybe it's the oils causing to acne
maybe try a different brand and see if that helps

but you know many diet issues are related to acne like 80%

Just got some horrible news yall... ortho says it tore the main tendon on top of my rotator cuff and that it will not heal without surgery. Tear is almost 2½cm wide and its retracted 2.7cm from where it should be.. pretty sure insurance will cover 100% till the end of year but the problem is that my arm will be in a sling for 6 weeks which means I'll be out of work for at least that long and here lies the problem.....

Story time... 20+ yrs ago same arm was ripped completely out of socket and I was told that surgery was a must.. well I didn't get it and I didn't use my arm for almost an entire year but eventually it healed. Left me with limited range etc but my point is- that was a lot worse than this and it healed.. idk wth to do. I guess 2nd opinion is probably a good place to start

my man this isn't bad news you have insurance and it's fully covered make sure you get at least two more opinions and make sure you do your homework on the best doctor because anytime you get your body opened up you want to make sure that that person is the best of the best

I'd get it done then do the rehab religiously. A bunch of strongman buddies have had tendon tears and rehabbed back to success.

Yeah the fact that I am able to get it and that it's fully covered is awesome, but along with that comes the fact that I won't be able to work for anywhere between 6 wks and 3 months and that is where the problem lies. We are not going to be able to make it financially with me not working. Hell things are tight right now WITH me working!

Definitely getting a second opinion. Not a big fan of this dr so far

No i definitely get it, it's a blessing and I'm thankful just at the moment a little unsure of where I'm going to make up for the almost 10k in lost wages... the surgery is $10k btw.....
