Alright bros it is time to get this recomposition cycle with my log rolling!!!!
I have been been planning this for a while and finally got some clear time in my life and so I decided to go all in on a lean mean recomp cycle stack! I’m loging the whole thing here for you bros to follow along.
My goal with this cycle here is really simple keep the strength drop some fluff get super dry and lean just coming out the other side looking sharp. Don’t get me wring here I’m not trying to chase any PRs this time I’m just aiming for clean gains, solid conditioning, and staying overall healthy.
Here’s the cycle layout
Turinabol – 40mg/day (for the first 6 weeks)
Testosterone Enanthate – 750mg/week (one gram or go home!) Para pharma
Masteron – 400mg/week (don’t wanna get bloated)
Equipoise – 600mg/week Beligas
HGH – 2 IU/day
HCGenerate (gotta keep my balls big and my chick likes the flow)
N2Guard – Full dose daily (Gotta keep the organs happy)
Been cruising for a bit and just holding steady but I think I let myself get a little too comfortable just not pushing hard with all of the stress, travel, some sloppy eating and the next thing I know I’m carrying a few extra pounds or lard that don’t belong. So ok strengths still there, but conditioning needs a reset and thats where this recomp cycle comes in.
Gameplan
Training’s gonna be five days a week! mix of push/pull/legs and some extra work for shoulders and arms and some fasted cardio in the AM, keeping it simple 15-20min each time as well as walking on incline or a light bike ride. Not here to kill myself with HIIT or osme other nonsense just putting in some steady effort. Diet will be clean no plans to break on that commitment! high protein, moderate carbs around training, fats on point and might also play with macros as things move along but not getting crazy about it.
Already a few days in and feeling solid,but as we all know it is never good enough! There will be ups and downs as well as tweaks to be made a a bunch of injuries to dodge too! that’s all part of the process that you’ll see on this log where it is all about keeping things real!! If something sucks I’ll say it and is something’s working great, I’ll break it down so you guys can learn from it too.
