View attachment 31556Bros I’m deep into my week 10 grind now, and momentum is still building I feel like. My strength is holding steady across the board on every lift, and I’m even pushing some Persona Records on my dumbbell incline and my machine shoulder presses. This lean look is coming in HD just sharper by the day and my vascularity is up as you can tell by the pics.
My waist is getting tighter, and I’m holding much less water even with my carb intake now being slightly elevated.
My diet is still still clean: High protein intake (around 300g/day), Moderate carbos (mostly pre/post workouts) Good fats from whole eggs, avocado, coconut oil and almond butters.
As mentioned earlier my sleep, steel libido, and super mood are still in a great spot for the amount of gear Ive been taking for so long now.
Goals from here:
Tighten up my lower abs get some more definition there.
Pushing into the final 2 weeks left with no injuries or diet slip-ups.
Also I need to gegin mapping out my cruise phase after this and plan my bloodwork for after thai si all done. Every rep, meal, injection:
All it’s all building up feeling locked in.
