I’ve been going hard for many weeks now and it is abotu that time to dial it back a bit as I'm getting ready to cycle off.
Here’s the new split I’m running starting next week and through PCT:
Day 1
Machine Chest Press 3x12
Seated DB Shoulder Press 3x12
Cable Lateral Raises 3x15
Rope Overhead Triceps 3x15
Day 2 Lower Body (Glutes/Hams/Core)
Leg Press 3x15
Hamstring Curl Machine 3x15
Bodyweight Step-Ups 3x15 per leg
Hanging Leg Raises 3x12–15
Day 3
Incline Walk 30 min
Sauna + Stretch 20 min
Day 4
Lat Pulldown 3x12
Machine Row 3x12
Face Pulls 3x15
Cable Curls 3x15
Day 5
DB Bench Press 3x15
Goblet Squats 3x15
Dumbbell RDL 3x12
Decline Sit-Ups 3x20
Days 6–7 – Full Rest or Light Cardio + Stretching
This new program is a maintenance program to help me maintain while I cycle off. I'm going to take it easy for a few weeks, just keeping my muscles stimulated and resting the joints a bit from this long cycle.
