what is your opinion and likes/dislikes about my pushing split below:
flat bench press 5 sets
incline or decline 3 sets
DB press 2 sets
dips 2 sets
pec deck 4 sets
tricep rope extensions 3 sets
pushups 3 sets to failure
Be careful on your push split not to overdo it on the shoulders. I see too many people doing a lot of inclines and military presses that tear your shoulders up.
I like the pushing split. The only thing I don't like about it is when the gym is packed. It's hard to find an open bench, so you want to do the bench press maybe on a day when a lot of people don't train.
