This is my first attempt at a log, so hopefully this is good enough. This long cutting cycle started May 15 and running thru Dec 13. I started cutting earlier this year in March at a 500 calorie deficit and have progressed to 1000 deficit keeping my protein high.
Testosterone Cypionate – 600 mg/week
Growth Hormone (GH) – 4 IU/day, fasted AM increasing to 6 IU on Dec 13
Retatrutide – 5 mg/week (split into 2x weekly injections, running through November/December, pause planned)
500 mcg cag once weekly
Nebivolol – 2.5–5 mg daily (usually evening, helps with HR, calmness, and BP)
Telmisartan – nightly (BP support, also metabolic benefit)
Metformin – 500 mg twice daily (AM + PM, insulin sensitivity)
Berberine – 500 mg twice daily (usually with meals, synergizes with metformin)
Leucine + HMB – Leucine split pre/post meals; HMB ~3 g/day (muscle retention)
T3 (Liothyronine) – 50 mcg daily (split dosing recommended, AM + mid-day)
Winstrol – 50 mg daily (tabs ordered, running 50 days straight once they arrive from a second naps order)
Lifting at 0500 6 days a week, sun-Fri, training BJJ hard 3 days a week for cardio, 2 of those are open mats, minimum 1 hour of 6 minute live matches with 60 seconds max rest in between.
Keeping reps in the 10-15 range but to failure each set. Boot is holding up well. Body scans look good , slow a steady bf decrease and a slight lean mass increase.
I started the Reta on June 15, the GH on July 17z. And I’ll start the last 7 weeks on 50mg winny when it shows up from naps. I’m attaching a photo showing progress from may 15- Aug 15.
