looking to sweat

Now that is it warming up and it is summer i want to start wearing a sweat suit to workout to get out all these toxins. my question is do you guys think a sweat suit is worth the money? or should i workout in just a thick sweater? Also would it be too crazy to run clen and do cardio while on this or am i over doing it?

it is done ahead of something to make weight for example.. but in reality you are sweating out electrolytes

and any weight you lose sweating out those is just temporary so no you cannot just go sweat buckets and lose weight
 
Those are temporary water weight loses. I would focus on your diet if you really want to lose weight. Sounds simple but that is where the magic happens.
