Making salad tasty

I'm trying to get my vegetable count up
I'm not getting enough and I've never been a vegetable eater. I think I went about five years without even eating one.
I figure a salad once a day would be a really good thing for me since I'm trying to clean up my diet.
can you give me any tips as to how to make a healthy salad that is edible.

make sure you buy organic salad so you aren't ingesting pesticides

you can add things like apple cider vinegar, coconut yogurt, and things like tomatoes to liven things up. also i love oregano too

Have you tried sweet potato chicken salad?
It would provide you with greens while still meeting your need for meat.
Here's the recipe:
- Sweet potato (260g),
- Kale (2 handfuls),
- Spinach (1 handful),
- Drizzle salad dressing,
- Chicken (140g).
Macros:
- 584KCal
- 45g Protein,
- 70g Carbs,
- 12g Fiber.
I'll send you my bill...lol...Goodluck!
