Check out my mass gainer stack and what changes you recommend for someone who is 184 pounds and 6’2’’ 13% body fat. I’m also 44 years old
I've always had trouble putting on a lot of size. I'm hoping this steroid cycle can help. This will be my 2nd time using steroids
Deca durabolin 500mgs a week
Testosterone enanthate 300mgs/week
 
you really want to add in either masteron or proviron with nandrolone always

it helps balance dht vs. dhn in the body making a smoother cycle and post cycle

thats a good stack but you need proviron and n2guard with it
 
add 50mgs proviron and n2guard
 
i would keep the doses closer to equal so look at 300 each of test and deca... you could look at adding an oral but even better, to keep the side effects down, you could go with some bulking sarms instead... so consider test, deca along with lgd3303 and yk11... for the best quality sarms visit umbrella labs or sarms.forsale!

I'd swap the test for sustanon
