Today is Friday and I want to say I hope you all have a great 4th of July. You're all valuable humans that are worth more than you think. This is the 1st crack at life for all of us, therefore you're going to make mistakes and you're going to have setbacks. All you can do is keep on going and dont give up. This pic was in Garmser Afghanistan, it was called the Helmand Province in July 2009, I was in the Stan on 4th of July and we happened to get into a firefight that day which was pretty legit!. During this deployment we got shot at everyday for about 5 months out of the 7 months we were there. The 2nd deployment I went on it was drastically different as we got shot at maybe 5 times the entirety of the deployment. I has such great time in the Marines and meant some great people while there.
Ok so I had legs today and I killed it!!! Pump was great but lower back got really tight after hitting 460lbs as my top set then I dropped down to 405lbs and I had to sit and stretch as my lower back was super tight and the pump/ blood flow in that local area was insane. I thought my damn legs were going to explode... lol!!!
