Update:

Not sure if it’s the caloric restriction, the fact I’m off cycle for two week or probably both, but my strength has definitely taken a hit.

While I’m doing more mobility work, I squared today and did ten sets of 10 with 225 deep squats with perfect form as base work before single leg Bulgarians, rear lunges, & goblet squats so my legs were fried at the end. However the 10 sets of 10 barbell squats felt heavy which is odd.

The one thing about cutting I hate.

Gotta ale sacrifices when cutting so it’s expected.

Knees feel like shit again. Can’t wait to start BPC157 and TB500 again. If you really want to know if that shit works… Take it for six weeks and then stop taking it. Lol.

Dinner tonight: chicken cilantro rice(basmati) w/avocado

This actually tastes better after it’s been in the refrigerator a couple days. Great meal prep

I haven’t truly “cut” in a long time so it’s an adjustment, BUT my abs are starting to pop and I have veins popping out of my legs which is nice! 😂

Maintaining 214 lbs which is odd to see while I cut but with the SARMS I’m not surprised

SARMS DOSING DAY 14 (TODAY):


GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 30 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
Mk2866 (OSTABOLIC) BUMPED to 30 mg per day TODAY, dosed once a day in the a.m.
Sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 15 mg doses 8 hours apart

Supplements:
Garden of Life Greens
Psyllium Husk Fiber
N2Gaurd - 7 caps/day (full dose)
TUDCA
NAC
Vitamin E - 400ui
L-Tyrosine - 500mg
Fish Oil - 3000mg
Vitamin D - 3000IU
Vitamin C - 1000mg

Creatine

TRT:
62.5mg of Test Cyp every third day keeps my test levels around 1000

STATS:
Body Weight: 215

DIET & MACROS:

2500 cals/day
250g protein
83g fat
188g carbs

THIS IS MY BASE DIET - I.E. every couple days I swap out a meal with Salmon, chicken, beef with other veggies

Breakfast:
Greek Yogurt 3/4 cup
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup blue berries

Snack:
Oatmeal Jar
1 cup rolled oats
1.5 scoops whey isolate (good shit ...no sweetness or other garbage)
1/2 cup blueberries
2 TBS sliced almonds
2TBS chia seed

Lunch:
10 egg whites
1 cup blue berries
1 cup of kale
10 oz coconut water

Snack:
4 hardboiled eggs - We have chickens BTW and have all the eggs we need :)

Dinner:
THIS WEEK MEAL PREP

Ground Venison & Basmati Rice (found an awesome recipe and made it my own)
topped with cilantro and fat free mozzarella

AND

Cilantro Chicken & Basmati Rice with avocado

Both are delicious

When I write up the recipes I will post with macros


Training - same as posted previously with a mobility & core focus, but I am enhancing it to accommodate for my troubled areas like my chest that I intentionally neglected for the last year because I wanted it to shrink a bit while I focused on my back. Now my back is slammed and I need to shape my chest, so that is an area of priority...along with my legs...always my legs. Hard leg gainer here.
