Approved Log My cycle prep Log - bulking plan

I want to have a cheat day this Wednesday: it won’t involve processed food or any junk but a lot of meat. I’m going to a cookout. How should I go about it? So I don’t hinder progress too much
 
Todays log only hit shoulders because it was Eid so I was out all day visiting people
Cardio did 1 hr of soccer burned 585 cal

Should I skip legs to hit in 3 days to keep split on point or do legs tomorrow and push everything a day back?

Here are the pics didnt include all the needle but I have about 130 along with alcohol prep pads and band AIDS also still waiting on my sarms

1 time every 2 weeks or every week in emergency is fine bro do it

Testosterone and anavar . I was thinking of starting 300 test for 10 week and start anavar at 50mg s at week 8 until 16. I was wondering if at week 10 if I should stick to 300 test or bump it up to 500
