Approved Log My First Cycle experience Log

Sorry for lack of updates....current situation just had knee surgery and kids summer started so been laying low. Come Monday I'm going to try to get back on the bench at least and work upper body best I can. No heavy weights on lower body for 4-6 weeks.

Currently running primo depot (Metenolone enanthate) at 200mg/week, test cyp around 300-400mg/week
Even upper body only will help keep leg muscle

summer for kids sounds fun. you planning any trips or just laying low with them? you can always send them to summer school

bros you going to be hitting physical therapy for knee or just resting it?
you should get peptides. i agree with some bpc and tb500

A best wishes for a speedy recovery. Seems like you have your handful this summer. I would love to be able to spend the summer with my grandkids.

A little of both. A plan to 6 flags at the end of summer for sure but we may go do some other smaller get aways between now and then as well. For now they are having a blast in the pool while I relax and watch.

A little of both. A plan to 6 flags at the end of summer for sure but we may go do some other smaller get aways between now and then as well. For now they are having a blast in the pool while I relax and watch.
cool hopefully not too packed. i hate going to those places and spending 80% of the time in line
