test and anavar thats going to be a good cycle

a few things lets talk
Dose - anavar 20mgs am, 20mgs pre workout
feel - thats going to take time 3-4 weeks minimum
sides? depends on testosterone dose, you do need an ai and you need organ liver support like n2guard

so starting dose 40mg per day split over two ( i train mornings)
am on 150mg Test C spread over 3 injection per week mid level TRT dose

I am definitely not the fittest, most ripped or biggest mass monster but the brotherly love shown by your comments keeps me motivated to hit my goals.

The gym was and still is a rather awkward scary place for a new guy who's still sees himself as a chubby old dude but this positivity is so uplifting

20 minutes of training as an example is better than nothing training the key is quality over quantity and making every movement and rep count 💪
