Approved Log My Phoenix Transformation cycle Log

Update I feel better not sure what was wrong. Another thing for most of last week I had a sharp pain in my lower stomach area. I just figured it was from my ab workouts but after a couple of days I didn’t think that I thought it was my kidneys so yesterday I had a couple of beers to flush out my system. It actually worked I no longer have the pain so I’m back to 100%.
 
Diet

50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Protein shake with walnuts

Lunch- eggs, bacon and sausage

Dinner- tuna lettuce wrap

Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder

Snack- ,, protein yogurt, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein bar

30 minutes of cardio
I went up 5 pounds on each exercise and will continue to do that this entire week.
I will post my diet after I eat dinner
