I had a meeting with a personal trainer and he took a look at my physique and he said that my quads are my weak spot. He suggested I train more legs and his 2 exercises he likes are leg extensions and box squats. We did a session and I paid him and I told him I would be training on my own as I could not afford to pay $70 a session
what other exercises would you suggest I do? I’m not a fan of box squats at all, they bother my back too much.
