They screwed me in the overall again like usual but I took first in my class. I think it’s due to my beard. The guy who won was a baby face kid that had a clean shave. There were a few pros at the show that told me I should’ve won but it is what it is. Bout to go knock a few beers back fellas thanks for supporting me all the way through Bros!!!

Just off that pic - notice how you're square on but he's doing an Arnold and twisting his hips away slightly while, keeping his shoulders forward. It creates an illusion of having a tighter waist. Silly thing but the lighter color shorts make his color pop. Plus I wanna see a LITTLE oil/glaze (just enough) - it'll add a little more 'pop'

The head judge was an ifbb judge and the girls back stage didn’t put a lot of shine on anyone due to his input, because trust me I asked for more glaze. I don’t think they want men up there. They like the pretty boy look and the more I look at pro mens physique guys they don’t have beards. I’m honestly debating on just switching to classic because I’m starting to think mens physique is just a glorified beauty pageant
