Hey quick update fellas sorry I’ve been away. Had some family come in on the weekend and I lacked some gear accountability and left my phone in their car. So I had to wait on the American mail system to get it back. But I’m glad to be back this past weekend would of been possible without all you guys!

Yea I’m looking at my waist line and could tell I had a tad bit of water. I think my body may have held on some out of desperation.

@Chimp I did shows where I felt like you many times, but it's not always like that when we go back and look at it. Sometimes a bit of water makes a difference, I was on insulin hgh and didn't stop the insulin early enough and took 3rd due to water retention, makes you look puffy when you should be the winner. That water layer is the hard part.

I saw you water loaded and deloaded, you should practise that more as you bulk up for the next show to see how you feel and how you look, especially from behind lower back and lower abs.

@Chimp full 100000% respect for you doing the show and coming in 1st no doubt you are a true champion at heart.

Thanks man I think not having my phone the last few days and going back and looking at myself this morning. There were a few things I could’ve tightened up. S23 is definitely not as good as winny which I learned. But I’m not going let it get to me my goal is to just improve because the Arnold is what my eyes are set on for next year. I know I need to change something’s. Like maybe starting my carb up 72 hours out because I did notice I was a tad bloated after in the morning but just told myself I was being paranoid. But I appreciate you man that meant a lot to me!

I want to congratulate you on doing this show. I think you have the heart, body and mind of a champion, with great genetic potential.

I heard you didn't have much time to prep for the show and took 1st, that's a huge achievement.

@Chimp from the pictures, again pictures are hard to see vs real life, I can see you're holding water, in the overall shots. Does it make you lose the show? no but difference between 1st and 2nd can be just a bit of water and the guy you competing against 100% is using diuretics, which I don't support but yes he's on them.

Overall the best show I've seen from you so far, well done thank you for sharing with the community.

I had a show in March took two weeks to eat what I wanted then hopped back on a diet. I think for me to come in 12lbs heavier after two months did wonders. I can honestly say the tren did it’s job but maybe losing back in March woke something up in me and I can hone in on it now. I’m no longer upset about the results and I’m right there with you because that guy was hurdled over after the show and his coach was shoving cookies and water down his throat after we got off stage. But all in all I just need to get better and work harder than last time. I’m excited to bulk for the first time in a while But I’m going to do it the right way and not just eat everything I see!
