Approved Log My Testosterone and Equipoise bulk cycle Log

@Matt_0689 bro cooking is a life skill and its good you know how to cook......some people realize this later in life....in my opinion everyone should know how to cook........
Yeah, it completely baffles me when people don’t know how to cook. I think it’s fun to try it and experiment. Especially when your bodybuilding or even just trying to stay fit in general, low calorie meals can taste really really good for sure.
 
Yes, that's true. In our bodies also change over time. So it's a never-ending battle.
Well, my metabolism was so extremely fast in my 20s. I had to heat 6000 cal a day just to go out from 150 pounds to 170 pounds in 10 years, that was all natural. Once I turned 30 my metabolism slowed down and I was able to put on muscle way easier And then a 31 years old. I went on TRT and it definitely made a difference but not as much as people would think.
 
Here’s some of the meals. I’ve been eating the last couple days, with protein shakes in between. I’m not gonna take pictures of every meal. My macros have been anywhere from 2500 cal up to 3000 cal, I’m down a couple pounds. I feel strong in the gym. And strong is different for everybody, some guys are half my size and can benchpress 405 pounds, I can do 225 pounds for 10 reps and maybe 315 once so I’m not particularly a strong guy, but that’s probably a blessing in disguise because I feel if I got super strong, I would get more injuries

I need to get a better bed because my back has been suffering. I just don’t have $1000 right now to invest in a new mattress. But everything has been going good, been really busy at work, typically work out four days a week, PPL, then I add an extra day with chest and shoulders and calves, those are the areas that I feel that could come up the most. Still keeping my diet relatively moderate with fats, steak, salmon, avocado, little bit of olive oil, but staying away from the processed stuff.

Also, I had an ordering/shipment issue and I only got two bottles of testosterone out of 7 different things I ordered and I did not get the rest of my goodies so they did ship that back out and hopefully I’ll get that sometime this week. I already have a tracking number but it hasn’t arrived to the sender yet

@Matt_0689 awesome job man. no need to take a pic of EVERY meal as you say. but if you can throw in some recipes here and there the ABX family would appreciate that
 
Some physique updates, apologies for posing not being the best, I’ve never had practice or coaching on that. So for the last six months, I’ve been on 150 mg of testosterone and my blood work has been consistently around 500 NG/DL. So almost natural levels, I’ve been on around 700 mg of test for the last eight days, I believe, so obviously it has not kicked in yet
I feel like my lats from the back look decent, but from the front they look weak is the front double bicep and my biceps overpower them, definitely need to work on my chest more as well

No bars! I hate bars lol. Probably 2.5 shakes a day and that’s just to get me to the 300 mark. I eat like this 90% of the time. I took my mother to Cheesecake Factory for her birthday but I had a lower calorie option with chicken and pasta. Probably still 1,000 calories though. I’ll post more!

She thinks you! It’s just hard to find a good tasting bar and they’re just full of a bunch of garbage. So if I’m gonna eat something that’s garbage I at least wanted to taste good. Yeah it does have the protein, but I could eat three slices of cheese and it’ll have the same amount of protein and probably around the same amount of fat 😝

Honestly man the first few years of cycling i felt i needed to push hard and get stronf etc, as ive gone on ive dropped the ego and dropped the weight and really now foucs on, range of motion, rest pause, squeezing the muscle hard, getting a killer pump and sculpting the body, feels much better on my body that way.

Exactly! I mean, I could grab the 120 pound dumbbells and probably bang them out for several reps but I’m gonna feel everything besides my chest lol. But once I knock it down to the 90s, then I can focus and control the weight more and contract. I’m not gonna lie. It’s fun to ego lift sometimes, but it’s more to impress myself lol nobody else cares.
