Approved Log My Testosterone and Equipoise bulk cycle Log

Woke up today at 220 pounds, had a large protein shake with a banana and three hours later I am having my second meal which consists of chicken, rice and one slice of cheese and pico all mixed together. I’ll be going to the gym in one hour to be doing a push workout, chest emphasized I do to push workouts a week, one chest emphasized, one more shoulder emphasized.
why the cheese bro? use them calories on an avocado, can you? not sure your budget
 
On Saturday 24th of May (today) I will be starting my 15 week bulk cycle

I’m 35 years old
6 foot even
225 pounds
My guesstimate is around 15 to 17% body fat

-750 test
-500 EQ
-100mg anadrol per day (4 week kickstart)

Unfortunately, I didn’t get all of my supplies today so I only got my test, so for right now I’m just gonna be running 500 mg of test until I get my other goodies.
The dosages will be split into three, so Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Androl twice a day, one in the morning one pre-workout.

My diet will consist of 4500 cal a day
300 g of protein
Fat and carbs will be split accordingly in favor of carbs, being way higher than the fats, still moderate fat though.

It will be split into five meals per day, two of those meals will be a large protein shake, and a banana. The rest of my diet will basically consist of white rice, sirloin, steak, chicken thighs, sweet potatoes, and broccoli.

I need to get my girlfriend to take some pictures doing poses and get all my measurements. The only measurements I do know off the top of my head is my neck, calves and biceps are all 17.5 inches.
@Matt_0689 That's a pretty good diet man. The only thing I would consider adding is some fruit. It really is good vitamins and minerals and hydration, especially during the summer.

Thanks, man, right now I’m only running the testosterone, I ordered a shipment and that’s all that came was the test, I didn’t get all the other stuff so hopefully they send that out and get that fixed soon

@Matt_0689 have you tried 2-3 meals a day vs. spreading out meals? sometimes it can yield better results and be easier on digestion. just something to think about

@Matt_0689 Try and get those pictures up as soon as possible. You don't want the log to keep going too long without some base pictures. So you can compare and contrast.

Absolutely! I thought my twenties would be, I didn’t really start putting on muscle till I hit my thirties when my metabolism slowed down and learned better form. Of course getting on trt helped
 
Training was good today, I did back, I usually do biceps, but my left bicep at the insertion of the inside of the elbow where it attaches is pretty sore for some reason, probably due to work. So I did calves instead.

Straight arm pull down four sets 8-12

assisted pull ups four sets 8-12

Hammer strength plate iso lateral low row 4 sets 8-12

One arm dumbbell rows 3 sets 8-12

Cable rows 4 sets of 8-12

Seated cabarets five sets 8-25

Standing calf raises five sets 8-25

Keep in mind the first set isn’t an actual set. It’s more of a warm-up/feel set.

Every week I switch it up, instead of one arm dumbbell rows I might do bent over Rows, the week after I might do T bar
