Naps not shipping or responding to help ticket. they may be having issues

does your order say pending? a lot of times it will say that and the order already ships. the shipping tracking # usually shows up several days after it actually ships. if you have informed delivery check that

It has said "waiting for approval" for the last 7 days.
and in the support ticket they have not acknowledge my payment information.
