does your order say pending? a lot of times it will say that and the order already ships. the shipping tracking # usually shows up several days after it actually ships. if you have informed delivery check that

It has said "waiting for approval" for the last 7 days.
and in the support ticket they have not acknowledge my payment information.

Everything out there is dealing with delays. You can thank the tariffs for that.

I'm sure it will be okay man. I placed an order and it is still saying "processing" and "paid" so it hasn't been shipped yet and this was a week ago. You're not buying things off of Amazon here; you're buying steroids. It's more important that it gets to you safely.
