napsgear.org still waiting on order to ship

I’m 3 weeks from my order from napsgear. Been using these guys for like 5 years. This is the first time I have dealt with issues like this. Not sure what their deal is also I messaged them on the website and still haven’t gotten a response yet. I ordered USA domestic so this should not be happening. It’s very disappointing.
