Disputed Claim osgear.se I’m out a grand

I’m sorry to say that I’m out $1000 using osgear.se
ordered a bunch of GH and test from them. All the product got to me and they were broken and smashed. There was a letter on it from PO saying ‘undeliverable, we care blah blah blah’. So it got smashed and they delivered It.
Now my issues. Why didn’t osgear ship it properly where it could get smashed? And also I sent them pictures and they were refusing to do a reship.
Really hurts to lose $1000, especially in this economy.

A lot of times customers will claim their gear got to them broken. sources can get reversed scammed too.

So, you cannot blame them for being careful.

False statement and troll post. We have reship policy guarantee for damaged items, based on a picture. My colleagues have checked and there is no open claim for such a situation.
