Disputed Claim osgear.se problems, sought help on reddit

Newbie
osgear has been a problematic situation. Sent in btc, got nothing back. They claim I never sent them anything. Sought help on reddit, was insta-banned by mods pushing osgear on there I think. Not sure what to do from here. Are these guys legit or did they just rip me off?

reddit is trash dont go there ig et all sorts of AI and bots on reddit when i see
osgear is not problematic they are here on anabolex @OSGear
maybe you sent wrong trx id?
