PCT or Bridge?

When i begin this bodybuilding lifsyle over 20 years ago nobody talks about bridge to keep gains, only PCT and thats what all people do at that time, but now you have alot of people using bridge ( mostly athletes to not lose gains )

But what is the best option for health? and the option for gains / results ?

It's bad for health to use a bridge but it's good for gains. I think a bridge once per year is ok but at least 2-4months off per year with pct.
 
I always recommend that guys do a proper PCT (see Perfect PCT Simplified in the stickies), and take proper time off. I am not a fan of bridging unless you stick to natural supplements and non-suppressive compounds like Cardarine and Nutrobal.
 
User genetic dependent - look at the bloodwork, if your LDL or estradiol is off the charts, FSH SHBG and bioavailable T is in the shitter - probably shouldn’t bridge, you should probably take some time to recover.

But you and I both know that you can’t carry beyond your genetic limit of mass without having above your genetic limit of T levels.

Take that with a grain of salt and defer to your own bloodwork. But I like bridging with TRT because my genetic Total T levels are 300-350ish so I need 800-900ish to maintain.
 
Yes Master of Nothing is true at ower level and age is ompoossible to keep gains doing PCT , but we can do a smart bridge
 
PCT is healthier choice? why when i done in past with hcg, tamox and dufine , thats when i got sides like acne , weakness, lethargy, no sex drive during all PCT , and now i do bridge with only test and no sides ( no acne at all, good sex drive )
 
Monstro - if you know your genetic T levels post cycle (without any PCT) then you should be able to bridge with a TRT dose.. just get your levels into a higher range of normal (900ish ng/dl) so you can maintain your mass.

You won’t grow but you won’t lose any gains and yes, you’re right - PCT sucks and will crush your energy and libido.

That’s my opinion.
 
Of course Master PCT not worth when you are on steroids for long time or you are older , the idea of bridge like im doing now is keep mass only and detox body from all orals , peptides and sarms .
