Yes...if I want to order, have to pay via bank wire transfer. Cannot pay via cc.

yes the international orders cannot be taken by cc from what i was told

Reading this post, I tried to follow the same process as SpaceMountain, since I'm also living in Canada.
But like him, I'm having trouble contacting Erika or the rest of the UmbrellaLabs staff :/

Lugh...after Dylangemelli was kind enough to facilitate for me, I tried to place an order with Erika. 2 additional emails on top of 2 previous emails + a phonecall with no response. That's enough for me to not do business with them. I know members on here vouch for them but customer service leaves a lot to be desired...at least for a Canadian customer.

What? You posted about wanting to pay with a cc and were told that international orders had to be paid through a bank wire. You POSTED that so what do you mean you did not get a response? You sent more emails after that?

Thx but I have no interest in giving business to a company that has piss poor communication. I will order from a company in Europe who are much more professional in communication and have no issue shipping to Canada.
