8 week cycle plan didn’t go well
Had to stop the cycle halfway through cuz the gear kept crashing
I reached out to them and sent them pictures and they said to warm up the products
I did this and they next day they kept crashing again
this is very frustrating. Please give me advice on how to get a refund
