musclerapid.com lack of customer service frustrating!

I've been using MuscleRapid.com for the past year. The first couple of orders went off pretty easily but now the customer service is getting super frustrating.
I feel like that on this recent order they haven't been treating me well at all. They ended up sending me the wrong product. I asked for Test E but they sent me Test Cyp. On top of that they were supposed to send me Anavar but they ended up sending me TBol instead. They're kind of nonchalant about it and acting like they didn't do anything wrong.
I just want what I ordered.
