Picroliv vs. milk thistle for liver?

What would you say is the best supplement for liver care if you had to choose between picroliv and milk thistle?
I'm interested in trying my first cycle and it's going to be an oral steroid or maybe two of them together
I know this is tough on the liver so I want to make sure that I have all my bases covered so there are no surprises

dont worry about either, get n2guard it has all liver support
