Really bad pip these past few times, been going in the gluten using a 23 g 1 inch long, using tren and test e. What am I doing wrong or is this normal, did my dose yesterday and it feels like there is a knot in my cheek

The needle is too big. You should use a 25 instead

You need to heat up the gear, warm in up (not boil) before you use it so the oil is very warm, put in a pot of warm water before you pin.

I only use 25 gauge ... there is no need to use a 23 and you are seeing why

You might be hitting the same spot too often. Try rotating to more spots.
