What do you think about the power training and powerlifting programs I see being sold online for like $500 by guys on social media
I see some reviews on them but it seems like the prices are way too high just for some dude to give you a workout routine.
Can you maybe give one here so I can save that money and use it on groceries instead and how would I find the best workout routine that fits when I’m looking for? I’m 22 years old and new to this
