The best thing about primo is it's ability to make you retain muscle while in a caloric deficit. I love it for that reason. I never cut but if I ever do a cutting cycle, it will be my choice. I've gone through periods where I relapsed on drugs and went through a week of doing stimulants, not eating or sleeping. Normally, that would set me back 2 weeks worth of gains. Running primo, I was SHOCKED to see myself hold on to pretty much all my muscle mass running 800mg a week. I believe 500mg or maybe less could have worked just as well. It seems fantastic at preserving muscle tissue. I will attempt another bulk on it, combined with a strength compound ie anavar or dbol periodically. From what I know about it, you wanna run it as long as possible so whatever does you decide, the longer you run it the better. 16 weeks+
