Just have a little lingering congestion but all in all feeling much much better. Just still a little weak.
 
Probably your energy levels will be the worst. Try not to overeat and stay away from the junk. Gotta focus on getting your energy up.

First day back post Covid and was feeling very weak still so I left it at 2 sets for each exercise. Probably give it a week at that before bumping my volume back up. All in all good workout though.

Feeling 100% recovered today, just some lingering congestion but strength and energy was fully back. Had some extra time so instead of a solid 30 min in sauna I did 10m sauna 10m pool walks laps and did this 3 times for a total of 60 mins.
