Good thing about LA fitness, at least when I joined, is my rate is locked in by contract so they can’t raise it on me, been the same price since 2017.
 
Thank you all for the support with the skin cancer. I will for sure keep you all updated on it when I get the report. Got my cardio in today but when I tried to lift the elbow where they cut was just in too much pain so I cut it short. Hopefully be good to go by Sunday though.

All in all good day. Can’t do planks for a few weeks as my elbow is healing from having a skin cancer cut out. Carbs were a bit high but I’ll consider this a refeed day and get back on track tomorrow.

I do not check ketones and I feel like shit under 90g a day but can do down to that.
