All in all a great day, decided to do the stairs today for 15m instead of my normal 30m bike, went well and may do it more often. Same boring foods as always so I didn’t log them today but macros were:
109g carbs 125g fats 216g protein

Kind of embarrassed to admit this but I’ve had to take a few days off from the gym. I had a couple sheep get out of their pasture the other night at 4 am and in the process of getting them back in I got tangled up in a barbed wire fence and cut up everywhere. Should be good to go back to working out in a day or two.
