Recovery stack sarms

I was reading about the recovery stack.
I am not a seasoned lifter though. More a 2x per week guy
Would this stack still work for me anyway?
I want to do mk ostarine 50mgs a day with mk nutrobal 100mgs a day
12 week run. Or do i need to run them longer?
I’m 48 yrs old
5’6’’
175 pounds
25% body fat
 
MK twin stack are great for recovery
those dosages though are too high and not necessary
25mgs is what you need. not 100
 
it is an excellent stack but needs to be ran properly, which you definitely need corrected on... keep in mind that mk677 should be ran a minimum of 6 months to get the most out of it...

here is the layout

1-12 Mk677 (NUTROBAL) 25 mg day dosed once a day in the p.m.

1-12 lgd-4033 (ANABOLICUM) 10 mg per day dosed once a day in the a.m.

1-12 Mk2866 (OSTABOLIC) 25 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 50 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.
