Upper body/lower pump(not done, legs are shit still)
My gal took me to armor gym today so I did what any self respecting weightlifter would do when there bigger dumbbells around than at ur home gym. Took the 120sx10 then the 130sx8 and used some arsenal machines I don't have access to and a westside barbell reverse hyper that felt amazing for the lower back pain I been dealing with.
