sarms endurance for runner

my next sarms stack needs to be for endurance.
I’m 6 ft tall 170 lbs and I’m training for a 10k and half marathon
what would be your advice for best ways to use sr9009 and gw501516?
And what would you run besides those 2 things? What are you doing going for itwhat’s going to keep it like this

try using cardarine 20mgs stenabolic sr 10mgs right before you train with 2 caps cardazol
